  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at no charge if the request is made before the item has been shipped. Contact our customer service team immediately at sales@collinets.com or call +1 (346) 490 5455
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may proceed with a return (see below).
  1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
A valid proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase.
Opened or used items (unless defective).

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our support team at sales@collinets.com or log into your account to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely and include the RMA. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Details:

  • Full Refund: Issued if the return is due to a company error (e.g., incorrect item, defect).
  • Partial Refund: May apply if the item shows signs of use or is not in original condition.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send the correct product at no extra cost. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
