Welcome to Collins Industries! These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Collins Industries.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is processed.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.
  • Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only—Collins Industries is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
  1. Warranties & Liability
  • Collinets Industries offers a wide range of products, each with its own varying warranty.  For specific warranty information, please get in touch with us at sales@collinets.com.  Collins Industries warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 12-month period.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product—we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
  1. Product Descriptions 

Collinet’s website attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Collinets Industries does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on any of our websites are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  

Collinets Industries has also made an effort to display the colors and finishes of products as accurately as possible on www.collinets.com. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or finish will be accurate. 
If a product you purchase from us is not as described, or you are dissatisfied with the color and finish upon receipt, you may return it as your sole and exclusive remedy, subject to our Return Policy.  Please note that some items are non-returnable, so review them carefully before making your purchase.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
