Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during high-order periods, holidays, promotions, or special sales events, processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over $100
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold may be charged a flat shipping fee
  • Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery providers.

International Shipping

International shipping is available only to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless otherwise stated.

International delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing and local carrier conditions. Collinets Industries is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific states, territories, or countries based on carrier limitations or local regulations.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses may be limited depending on the product and selected shipping method.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that cannot be shipped to the provided address.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed shipment, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Responding fees
  • Return shipping charges
  • Any non-refundable carrier charges

We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

Please email sales@collinets.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the package and product, if damaged

We will review the claim and work with the shipping carrier where applicable. Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued based on the outcome of the review and carrier investigation.

Stolen Packages Collinets Industries is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • High seasonal volume
