  1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and offer international shipping to select countries. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location.

  1. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or large orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.
  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL) to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only, standard shipping).
  • Shipping fees for smaller orders and expedited options are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.
  • International orders may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

  1. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Unclaimed packages may be refunded minus shipping fees.
  1. Backordered Products

Occasionally, an item is out of stock and is on backorder.

  • Backordered items are charged in full at the point-of-sale, just like in-stock items. This is to reserve the item with the manufacturer or, in some cases, reserve an item that’s made to order.
  • Within 24 hours of the order placement, we’ll notify you via email if items are backordered and the estimated shipping date.
  • Prior to the shipping date, we will verify with the manufacturer or shipping warehouse that we are on track to ship. We’ll notify you via email if there is a reason for additional delay.
  • If backordered items are confirmed as not shipped, the order MAY BE cancelled. Items that have left the manufacturer or original storage facility CANNOT be cancelled.
  • To cancel a backordered item, contact customer service, and we’ll do our best to halt shipment. We’ll confirm your cancellation via phone or email, and credit or update your order.

 

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • Damaged items? Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging at sales@collinets.com
  • Lost shipments? We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or resend your order.
  1. Changes to Your Order

Need to update your shipping address or cancel an order? Contact us immediately at sales@collinets.com. Once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.
