Return & Exchange Policy

Everything you need to know about our returns and exchange process.

At Collinets Industries, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to review eligible return or exchange requests under the policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and documentation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrived damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products
  • Installed, used, or altered items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Important Timeline If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number and reason for the request. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized Returns Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our error such as wrong item shipped, damaged item, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Customer preference such as ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the item, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items with the same product or an equivalent item when appropriate. If you would like a different style, finish, or size, we may ask you to place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

8. Restocking Fee

Collinets Industries reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items that are not defective, especially on bulk orders or opened items that require inspection and repackaging.

Any restocking fee will be communicated during the return approval process.

9. Bulk and Business Orders

Large-volume, wholesale, contractor, or project-based orders may be subject to different return terms. If applicable, those terms will be communicated at the time of purchase or quotation.

10. Refused or Ineligible Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
