When you contact us electronically, create an account, or place an order, you agree that we may provide receipts, order information, notices, disclosures, and other records electronically where permitted by law.
Your consent to receive general electronic records does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
By affirmatively opting in to receive SMS messages from Collinets Industries, you consent to receive the types of messages described at the time of enrollment.
Phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide mobile information to telecommunications providers, SMS platforms, and other service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to deliver messages and operate our SMS program. These providers may not use the information for their own marketing.
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

When verbal consent is used, it is limited to the customer-care or informational messages described during the conversation. Before recording verbal consent, our representative will identify Collinets Industries, explain the types of messages the customer may receive, disclose that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and explain how to obtain help or opt out.
Verbal customer-care consent is not consent to receive automated marketing messages. Marketing SMS consent must be obtained separately through an appropriate written or electronic method.
You may decline SMS communications. If a form contains an optional SMS consent checkbox, you may leave it unchecked and still submit the form or complete a purchase.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your request, your account or order activity, and the SMS program in which you enroll.
Customer-care message frequency depends on the number and status of your orders, requests, or support interactions. Marketing message frequency varies according to our promotional calendar and the disclosures presented when you enroll.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Charges may vary for domestic, international, or roaming messages.
Collinets Industries does not control or collect carrier-imposed messaging or data charges. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your plan.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Collinets Industries text message.

After an opt-out request, we may send one final text confirming that the request was processed. You will not receive additional automated messages from the applicable program unless you opt in again.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting us by telephone or email. We may also respond to a new message that you initiate.

Wireless carriers do not guarantee message delivery. SMS messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered because of carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, an inactive telephone number, or other circumstances outside our control.
Our SMS program may not be supported by every carrier, device, or geographic location.
You agree to provide a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.
If you transfer, discontinue, or change your mobile number, please notify us or opt out before the change. This helps prevent messages intended for you from being sent to another person.
Our SMS data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or provide your mobile number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
The website may contain links to third-party websites, payment services, shipping carriers, or other services. We do not control independently operated third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that party’s own terms and policies.

Changes to SMS terms will not eliminate your right to opt out at any time.
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable product policies, and any written terms presented with an order constitute the agreement between you and Collinets Industries concerning the website and services.
A separately signed business-customer agreement will control to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
